Business is Business
While our style is casual and personal, we are all business when it comes to serving your needs. Godmoma's Forge is incorporated under the laws of the state of California as an LLC (Limited Liability Company). This means we can handle "corp to corp" billing (no 1099's required). We maintain standard business liability insurance, renew our business license and pay our fees to the City of Santa Cruz on an annual basis, and have a registered DBA on file with the county of Santa Cruz. We are located in a professional office building on a major throughfare in a commercial area, and are easily accessible from both Highway 1 and 17 (see our contact page for details).
